It consists of three buildings totaling 270,000 square feet with high-bay warehouse and office space. The project is leased to United Parcel Service and Ikea, and is adjacent to the E-77, the main motorway to Krakow. SBC was chosen by United Parcel Service, Poland`s largest courier service company, for its national distribution hub.
